Peter Fasolo, Ph.D., currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Johnson & Johnson since September 2010, overseeing global talent, recruiting, diversity, and compensation. In addition, Peter holds board member positions at Kenvue and Save the Children US, as well as serving on the Board of Trustees for Tufts University since November 2019. Previously, Peter was Chief Talent Officer at KKR and held various human resources roles at Johnson & Johnson and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Peter earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Providence College, a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior Studies from the University of Delaware.
