Kripa Sigdel

Senior Mental Health Research Manager at Possible

Kripa Sigdel has a diverse work experience in the field of mental health and psychology. Kripa is currently working as a Senior Mental Health Research Manager at Possible since July 2022. Kripa is also the Founder of Psychbigyaan Network Nepal (PNN), a youth-led nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting psychology and mental health in Nepal since July 2015. In addition, they are a Co-founder and Consultant Mental Health Counselor at Mankaa Kura, a platform that provides professional mental health services remotely.

Kripa has also worked as a Research Project Coordinator at Yale University School of Public Health from July 2021 to July 2022. Kripa was responsible for coordinating a research project focused on mental health in Nepal. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology at Tribhuvan University's Central Department of Psychology, which they expect to complete in 2024.
