Joanne Watts is currently the Deputy General Manager at Possability. Previously, Joanne served as a Board member and Advocate at Sunlea. Before that, Joanne was the Service Manager for Child and Youth Service at Oak Possability. With a background in Social Work and various degrees in community services and mental health, Joanne has worked in the disability sector for many years, including as a Local Area Coordinator at Baptcare and a Team Leader in Disability accommodation at Oak Tasmania.
