Eric Ros has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as a pharmacist's assistant at Pharmacie Kuoch and Pharmacie Centrale Delouya. Eric then worked as a Right Hand CEO Intern - Technology Transfer at CNRS in 2017. In the same year, they also worked as a Pharmacy Extern at AP-HP, assisting in various units. From 2016 to 2018, Eric served as the President of Start in Saclay, managing the organization and creating partnerships. Eric was also involved in community relations and the organization of events. In 2017, Eric took on the role of Curator - Paris Saclay, France at Startup Digest, a newsletter highlighting startup events. In 2018, they were an Ops/Product Manager Intern at Lifen, a company specializing in document exchange for healthcare professionals. Eric also worked as a Bioentrepreneur in Residence at Imagine Institute of Genetic Diseases from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they co-founded Reezolve, a platform assisting telecom customers. Eric's role as a Co-Founder continued until 2019. In 2020, Eric co-founded Digicare School, an organization providing entrepreneurship training to healthcare professionals and students. Currently, they are working as a Senior Product Manager at Posos, a prescription support tool that combines artificial intelligence with medical knowledge.

Eric Ros has a diverse education history spanning multiple fields of study. Eric obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Manager of Marketing Development from OMNES Education, which was ranked as the number one Parisian Bachelor in Management in 2016. Eric then went on to pursue a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from the prestigious Université Paris-Saclay, which is ranked as the top French Pharmaceutical School according to the Shanghai ARWU 2016 ranking.

In addition to their pharmacy studies, Eric also pursued several specialized master's degrees. Eric completed a Master's degree in Innovation Technology and Entrepreneurship from École Polytechnique and a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Université Paris Cité as part of the Biomedical Engineering Master's Program (BME-ParisTech). Eric further enhanced their entrepreneurial skills by completing a Master of Science (MSc) in Entrepreneurship through the X-HEC Entrepreneurs program at HEC Paris.

Eric's passion for learning and personal growth is evident in their pursuit of additional certifications and training.
