Franco Lombardi is an experienced sales professional currently serving as the Italy Sales Director for the Lubricants Platform at NCH Europe since May 2004. In this role, Franco develops strategies, manages client relationships, and oversees the sales force while maximizing business development opportunities. Previous positions held include Sales Manager for the Italy Maintenance Platform and Sales Representative, with responsibilities ranging from team management to client acquisition. Additionally, Franco co-owns Positive News and has a background in technical maintenance and electronics from roles at IVS ITALIA VENDING and GECA S.R.L. Franco is also pursuing advanced coaching education, having completed multiple degrees in coaching and training from various institutions, including UNICOMUNICAZIONE and NLP Italy Coaching School, since 2017.
