Trung Phan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Trung is currently working as a Senior Product Owner at Positive Thinking Company APAC, collaborating with the CEO, Head of Product, and stakeholders to identify and solve problems in the property valuation market. Before that, they worked as a Product Owner/BA Lead at Aperia Solutions, Inc., where they collaborated with US Product Owner and stakeholders in the financial industry. Prior to that, they served as a Senior IT Business Analyst at FE CREDIT, analyzing business requirements in the Credit Card department. Trung also worked as a Senior Business System Analyst at OpenWay, where they gained expertise in banking processes and operations. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at FPT Software, developing software products for a major European energy utility company. Trung's earlier experience includes working as a Software Engineer at Nam A Commercial Bank, where they were responsible for software development and IT operations for the Card Management System.

Trung Phan completed their Bachelor's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City from 2008 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a degree in Software Engineering at FPT University from 2012 to 2014. Trung also holds several certifications including Professional Scrum Product Owner™ II (PSPO II), Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I), Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I), and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate. Additionally, they obtained a TOEIC score of 920.
