Esteban Hayes possesses extensive experience in education, currently serving as an Instructor for the Minority University Research Education Project (MUREP) and the MUREP Aerospace Academy at Cuyahoga Community College since January 2016. Concurrently, Esteban works as a Special Education Teacher, Counselor, and Team Associate at the Positive Education Program, focusing on the implementation of therapeutic methods and curriculum for at-risk youth and emotionally disturbed adolescents. Previously, Esteban held roles at the Los Angeles Unified School District as a Special Education Teacher, overseeing a diverse range of special education needs, and served as an interim teacher at HBUHSD, where responsibilities included IEP management and developing student skills. Esteban began the career as a Certified Orator and High School Presenter at Brooks College, promoting technical education through public speaking. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing/Communications and a Level 2 Mild/Moderate Multi-Subject Credential in Special Education from Los Angeles County Office of Education.
