Lauren Burich has a varied work experience spanning several industries. Lauren is currently working as an Account Executive at Universal Tennis since 2023. Before that, they served as a Group Facilitator/ Motivational Speaker at Positive Coaching Alliance from 2022. In this role, they conducted character and leadership workshops to promote the "winning through life lessons" philosophy in youth sports.

Prior to that, Lauren worked as a Tennis Professional at The Racquet Club of St. Petersburg in 2022. Lauren also served as a Senior Business Development Associate at TopCourt from January 2022 to June 2022. TopCourt is an online tennis instruction platform backed by various renowned tennis players.

Earlier in their career, they held the position of Managing Partner at Bright Way Loans LLC from 2020 to 2022. This role involved providing installment loans while implementing risk management practices and automated decision-making processes to protect consumers from predatory lending practices.

Lauren also worked as a Tennis Professional at East Bank Club from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, they gained experience in real estate as part of the Tenant Advisory & Representation team at Transwestern from 2017 to 2019.

Prior to that, Lauren served as a Sales Intern at Trunk Club in 2016. Lauren started their professional journey as a Student Athlete at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2012 to 2016. Lastly, they began their career as a Tennis Player at IMG Academy from 2007 to 2012.

Lauren Burich attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
