Courtney Pollack

Chief, Education & Products at Positive Coaching Alliance

Courtney Pollack has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2002 as an Account Executive at Y&R Chicago. During their time there, they worked with clients such as Sears, Hilton, Orbitz, Travel Channel, and Lincoln Park Community Shelter. Courtney received recognition for outstanding performance and was awarded "Best of Show" Employee of the Year in 2005.

In 2006, they joined Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) as an Account Representative, responsible for growing and servicing existing and prospective youth sports organizations and school partners. Courtney excelled at developing long-term, profitable relationships with partners and was promoted to Senior Account Representative and then to Manager, Partner Relations.

In 2010, Courtney became the Director of Product Management at PCA, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of all existing and future products and services. Courtney also managed PCA's national partnerships with sports governing bodies and oversaw the Double-Goal Coach Awards Program. In 2015, they were promoted to National Director of Products & Services, a role they held until 2018 when they became VP of Programs & Marketing.

In 2019, Courtney was further promoted to Executive Vice President, Programs & Marketing, and in 2022, they took on the role of Chief, Education & Products. Their work experience has provided their with expertise in product management, partnership management, and program and marketing leadership.

Courtney Pollack obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/Communications from Washington and Lee University, which they attended from 1997 to 2001. Prior to their university studies, they graduated from Princeton High School in 1997, earning their diploma. In 2002, they completed the course "Advertising: From the Inside" at AAAA's: The Institute of Advanced Advertising Studies. Courtney does not possess a specific degree from this institute.
