Austin Eubank has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and industries. Austin started their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served for four years and held various positions such as Basic Rifleman, Fire Team Leader, Maritime Navigator, and Company Intelligence NCO. During their time in the Marine Corps, they deployed twice to Ramadi, Iraq, and once to the West Pacific, and they were honorably discharged with the rank of Sergeant (E-5).
After their military service, Austin joined AgaMatrix in 2018 as a Firmware Engineer. In this role, they developed firmware for blood glucose meters, which are handheld, battery-powered medical devices for testing blood glucose levels. Their responsibilities included code reviewing, debugging, algorithm testing and implementation, system design, project documentation for medical devices, and team management. Austin remained with AgaMatrix until November 2021.
In 2022, Austin transitioned to Position Imaging, where they currently work as a Firmware Engineer. Their main responsibilities involve writing embedded software and Linux application software for smart package room systems. The systems they develop utilize BLE and USB communications across multiple platforms, as well as RFID and Barcode scanning.
Austin Eubank obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Texas Tech University. Austin attended the university from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, Austin held a Level S US Security Clearance, which expired in 2013.
