Latoya Rutherford-Littlejohn is an accomplished Support Engineer at Posit PBC, specializing in technical support for customers managing Linux servers since September 2019. Prior to this role, Latoya held various positions at IBM from July 2012 to June 2018, including application administrator for BigFix in the IBM Hybrid Cloud, where responsibilities included patch management and security compliance. Additional roles at IBM involved serving as a subject matter expert for Database/DB2 components and leading project efforts in system component development. Earlier experience includes teaching and research assistance at Norfolk State University. Latoya holds multiple advanced degrees, including two PhDs in Business Management and Information Technology Project Management, as well as master’s degrees in Computer Science and Information Technology Project Management.
