Sam A. is an experienced Senior Estimator II currently working at Posillico Civil, Inc. since May 2020, following a tenure as Senior Estimator at New York Concrete Corp. from October 2019 to May 2020. Prior to these roles, Sam served as Chief Estimator and Lead Estimator at The Laquila Group for nearly nine years, specializing in heavy foundation work, including SOE, piles, concrete foundations, and reinforcement. Sam's extensive background also includes senior estimating roles at MRC II Contracting and Al Huda Contracting, where responsibilities encompassed estimating demolition, excavation, and civil project items while liaising with overseas projects. Additional experience includes serving as Resident Engineer for a sewage treatment plant project and as Project Engineer for both Al Azhar Building & Construction and Behera GC, overseeing engineering field supervision, compliance, and construction documentation. Sam holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Alexandria University, graduating in 1988, and an Associate of Science in Structural Engineering.
