Paweł Romański is the founder and idea sower at Posadzimy.pl sp. z o.o. working with well-known brands like Orange, Tauron, BCG, and Converse. Prior to this, he was the CEO & Co-founder of ZnajdźReklamę.pl sp. z o.o., where he facilitated various advertising campaigns. Additionally, he co-founded VRpoint.pl, specializing in virtual reality events and partnerships with companies such as IKEA, HP, Salesforce, and pwc. Romański also owned Agencja Reklamy Freeboard in the past and holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting as well as a Licentiate degree in Management from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
