Carolina A. Rossini

Carolina A. Rossini, JD, MA, LLM, MBA, currently serves as the Director for Programs in Public Interest Technology and a Professor of Practice at the University of Massachusetts Amherst since September 2024, while also holding positions as an Adjunct Professor of Law and SPARC PIT Fellow at Boston University since October 2021. Carolina has extensive experience as the Founder and Principal of iNOVA Advisors and Partners, catering to a diverse portfolio of clients, as well as holding roles such as Co-Founder and Senior Advisor at the Datasphere Initiative and Co-Founder and CEO of the Portulans Institute.
