Daniel Ribeiro has extensive experience within the sports management sector, currently serving as Director at the Federação Portuguesa de Futebol since January 2016, with responsibilities spanning the Cidade do Futebol and National Team services. Additionally, Daniel Ribeiro is a member of the FIFA World Cup 2030 Bid Committee. Previous roles include serving on the UEFA Independent Review Panel for the 2022 Champions League Final report and a long tenure at UEFA from 2004 to 2015, where Daniel Ribeiro held various leadership positions, including Head of Events and Venue Director, managing multiple high-profile stadiums. Early career positions included operations management within Major League Soccer and event management at different organizations. Daniel Ribeiro holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from St. John's University.
