Vera Pereira is the Director of Learning & Development at PortoBay Hotels & Resorts since February 2022. Vera has a background as a Training Manager at InterContinental Lisbon and Tiara Hotels & Resorts. Currently, Vera is also a Professor convidado at ISCE - Instituto Superior de Lisboa e Vale do Tejo. Vera previously worked as a Training Development Manager at Cultideias and as a Technical Specialist at Câmara Municipal de Almada. Vera holds a Master's degree in Sociology from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and a Post-Graduation in data analysis in social sciences from the same institution.
