Alicia Hernandez has recently worked at Porto Mx as an Especialista en TI recruiter since December 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Coordinaci贸n de Administraci贸n Estatal at INEGI Informa from September 2019 to July 2020. Their earlier work experience includes being the Gerente del 谩rea de reclutamiento at Procypra from February 2013 to September 2018.

Alicia Hernandez has a Licenciatura degree in Psicolog铆a Especialidad en RH from the Universidad Nacional Aut贸noma de M茅xico, which they obtained between 2012 and 2018. Currently, they are pursuing an Ingenieria en Sistemas degree at Kuepa, starting in 2022. Alicia has also obtained additional certifications, including Introducci贸n a SQL from the Universidad de Michigan in November 2022, Transformaci贸n digital para el empleo from Google Act铆vate in July 2022, and Introducci贸n a la programaci贸n from Fundaci贸n Carlos Slim in March 2022.
