Lauren Conniff is an experienced educator currently serving as a Middle School History Teacher at Portledge School since August 2022. Previously, Lauren worked as a long-term substitute in the Locust Valley Central School District, co-teaching ninth-grade Living Environment classes and instructing seventh and eighth-grade special education students. Other roles include teaching first grade in the Copiague School District and serving as a Middle School Social Studies Teacher with the Diocese of Rockville Center. Lauren has demonstrated proficiency in differentiating instruction, utilizing technology in the classroom, and managing various teaching formats. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in General and Special Education from Adelphi University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Scranton.
