Shaneze Douglas has a diverse work experience with various organizations. In 2018, they worked as a Pre-Collegiate Mentor/Tutor at Trio Educational Services, assisting students in the College Reach Out Program. From 2018 to 2019, they were an Executive Assistant/Home Health Aide at Wings Of An Angel, Inc., providing administrative support to the CEO and performing in-home care duties for patients. Shaneze Douglas has a diverse education history. Shaneze obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Commercial Entrepreneurship from Florida State University. Shaneze also earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Spanish from the same university. Before their university studies, Shaneze completed their high school education at McFatter Technical College, where they obtained a High School Diploma in Advanced Dental Technician.
In addition to their formal education, Shaneze has obtained certifications in the field of sports management and hospitality and tourism management. Shaneze completed the course "Fundamentals of Global Sports Management" at New York University in December 2022.
