Rebecca Felch has been working at Portland Trail Blazers @ the Rose Quarter since April 2014, first as Chief of Staff and also as an Executive Assistant. Prior to this, Rebecca held the role of Executive Assistant at Portland Center Stage from August 2006 to March 2014.
