Briana Lofton, MPS, is an experienced guest experience and event management professional with a strong background in customer service within the sports and event industry. Currently serving as a Guest Experience Coordinator for the Portland Trail Blazers since February 2022, Briana previously held roles such as Event Assistant for the City of Orlando and Customer Service Representative/Event Manager for Seminole County Government. Additional experience includes positions with the Orlando Magic, Barnes & Noble, and GolfNow, as well as an internship with the Orlando Predators. Briana holds a Master of Professional Studies in Sport Industry Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, complemented by an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Broward College.
