Zhirayr Barseghyan is an experienced professional with a strong background in international relations. Currently serving as a Monitoring Operator at FeedConstruct since September 2021, Zhirayr also holds the position of Assistant to the Honorary Consul of Colombia in Armenia since August 2020. Previous experience includes serving as an Assistant to a Deputy in the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia from January 2018 to September 2019. Zhirayr earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Yerevan State University in 2020 and a Master's degree in the same field from the same institution in 2022, complemented by training at the School of Public Diplomacy in 2018.
