Alli Stangel

Vice President, Events at Portland Trail Blazers

Alli Stangel has a diverse work experience in event management and sports. Alli started their career at Oregon FFA as the State Convention Coordinator, where they successfully coordinated and implemented a large-scale convention.

Alli then joined ESPN as a Customer Sales and Marketing representative, where they completed market research projects and provided support for event marketing and sponsorship management teams.

Afterwards, Alli started their own organization called STAR Sports, which focused on providing opportunities for children with disabilities to participate in sports. Alli was the founder and successfully brought the program from concept to its first three seasons.

Currently, Alli is working at the Portland Trail Blazers @ the Rose Quarter. Alli has held multiple roles within the company, starting as an Event Manager and progressing to Director of Events and Director of Event Operations. Alli is currently serving as the Vice President of Events. In their roles, they have been responsible for coordinating logistics for home Portland Trail Blazers games, managing relationships with promoters of concerts and large events, and analyzing contracts for financial settlements.

Overall, Alli Stangel has demonstrated strong event management skills and a passion for sports and community engagement.

Alli Stangel attended Oregon State University from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication.
