Hayley Lucich has a diverse work experience in marketing and communication roles. Hayley started their career as a Marketing and Communications Strategist at Lara Media Services in July 2012 before moving on to Househappy.org as a Social Media specialist in November 2013. In 2014, they joined Science of People as a Community Manager and worked there until May 2017. Hayley then joined Portland State University as a Marketing Coordinator in May 2015 and later became the Assistant Director of Marketing - Alumni Relations in July 2016. Since September 2021, they have been working as the Associate Director of Marketing & Digital Strategy at Portland State University Foundation.

Hayley Lucich obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business from 2008 to 2012. In 2011, they participated in the CIEE Business and Society Program at Universidad de Sevilla. In 2017, they also obtained a certification in Digital Marketing Strategies from Portland State University's Center for Executive and Professional Education (CEPE).
