Brian Frost is an experienced housing executive currently serving as the Executive Director of the Portland Housing Authority and President of the Portland Housing Development Corp since May 2020. Previously, Brian was Vice President at SHP Management Corporation, overseeing a portfolio of approximately 5,500 affordable multifamily units from June 2004 to May 2020. Prior roles include Regional Manager at Gatehouse Management Group, focusing on Low Income Housing Tax Credit financed properties, and Regional Manager/Portfolio Director at Picerne Real Estate Group, where the emphasis was on affordable housing. Brian holds an M.B.A. from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and an MBA from the University of Southern Maine, along with a BA in Business Management from the University of Maine.
