Jordyn Sanderson has a diverse work experience starting in January 2015 as a Customer Service Manager at The Gallery Brewery. Jordyn developed and implemented customer service policies, defined service standards, and managed the daily operations of the customer service team. In January 2016, Jordyn worked as a President's Intern at the Michigan Society of Association Executives, where they demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft programs, assisted with event planning, and provided general office support. From July 2017 to January 2018, Jordyn worked as a Financial Service Representative at Langley Federal Credit Union, where they answered calls, identified members' needs, and offered appropriate products and services. In February 2018, they joined PFCU as a Universal Employee, promoting and cross-selling credit union products, processing loan applications, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Jordyn later held the roles of Member Business Specialist, where they analyzed data and produced reports for key decision making in commercial lending, and Marketing Analyst, supporting the marketing team with data analysis and website management. Currently, they are an Assistant Marketing Manager at PFCU. Throughout their work experience, Jordyn continuously developed their skills and stayed updated on best practices, earning a Google Analytics Certification.
Jordyn Sanderson has a strong educational background with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Management from Northwood University, obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, Jordyn attended Lansing Community College from 2010 to 2013, earning an Associate's degree in General Studies.
