Nadav Bashan is an experienced culinary professional and account manager with a strong background in high-volume kitchen operations and fine dining. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Portland Coffee Roasters since May 2023, Bashan previously held an Executive Chef position at Waverley Country Club, managing comprehensive culinary operations for multiple dining outlets. As the Executive Chef and Owner of Bashan Restaurant, notable for its critical acclaim, Bashan cultivated a fine dining experience in northeast Los Angeles. Additional leadership roles include Executive Chef at Sunset Tower Hotel and a Sous Chef position at Providence Restaurant, renowned for its two-star Michelin rating. Bashan's culinary journey began at The Lobster, with formal education from the Southern California School of Culinary Arts and California State University, Northridge.
