Joe Roche is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association and the Portland Cement Association. Prior to this, Roche held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the National 4-H Council. Before that, Joe was the President of Roche & Associates, Certified Public Accountants. Roche graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from The Catholic University of America.
