Laura Reno has extensive experience in the food and catering industry, primarily at Portillo's since July 2002, where Laura has advanced from Call Center Agent to Call Center Manager, overseeing the catering department and managing partnerships with call center partners and in-house staff. Laura also has a strong background in education, having served as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor for Baking and Pastry Arts at the College of DuPage from 2011 to 2019, following a role as a Teaching Assistant in the same department. Laura holds an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts and Related Services from the College of DuPage and an Associate of Science in General Studies from Waubonsee Community College.
