David Norton is a Shareholder at PORTER SCOTT since April 2017, representing Northern California and Central Valley public entities in various litigation matters, including civil rights claims and employment issues. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Boutin Jones Inc. from January 2015 to March 2017, where responsibilities encompassed representing small to mid-size employers in discrimination lawsuits and workplace investigations. David's legal career began at PORTER SCOTT as an Associate Attorney from September 2013 to January 2015 and as a Law Clerk in 2012. David gained additional experience as a Legal Intern at the Solano County District Attorney's Office. Educational credentials include a J.D. from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law (2010-2013) and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (2006-2009).
