Rosa Orts Garri has extensive experience in revenue management and customer care, currently serving as Head of Revenue Management and Pricing at PortAventura World since May 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing revenue for multiple theme parks and hotels, as well as data analysis and reporting. Prior to this role, Rosa held positions as a Senior Revenue Analyst and Customer Care Agent, focusing on remote assistance and reservation management. Experience also includes a tenure as Head Receptionist and Receptionist at Hostal Goya from November 2015 to May 2018. Educational qualifications encompass a degree in Revenue Management and Digital Marketing from Universitat Rovira i Virgili, a Master of Science in Applied Ethology and Animal Biology from Linköping University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology from Universitat de Girona.
