Montse Garcia Rodas has extensive experience in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sector, currently serving as Sales Director and Sales Development Manager for PortAventura Events since June 2010, focusing on international markets with an emphasis on the UK and France. Prior to this role, Montse was the Sitges Convention Bureau Coordinator at Ajuntament de Sitges, where responsibilities included the creation and promotion of the Convention Bureau to enhance MICE business. Earlier experience includes roles as Promotion Executive at the Sitges Tourist Board, Head of Reception at Hotel Don Candido, and various positions in hotel reception and reservations. Montse obtained a degree in Tourism from the Centre d'Estudis Tècnics Turístics between 1985 and 1988.
