Samantha Brennan has a wealth of experience in Human Resources. Samantha currently serves as HR Manager for PortalOne, Inc. Prior to this, they were a Human Resources Business Partner for Besedo from 2019-2021, a Talent Consultant for Seddiqi Holding from 2016-2019, a Principal Assessor for DEWA from 2016-2017, and an Associate Consultant, Junior Consultant, and Professional Services Intern for SHL from 2013-2016. During their time at Besedo, they were responsible for partnering with management teams to define and execute on people strategy, while at Seddiqi Holding they were responsible for leading the Talent Management and L&D strategy, and at DEWA they were responsible for recommending assessment methodologies and designing and facilitating development programs. During their time at SHL, they were responsible for managing a Leadership assessment and development program, designing and delivering assessment centres, and creating and launching new, automated talent mapping and reporting processes.

Samantha Brennan has a diverse education history. Samantha obtained a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in HR Management from CIPD Qualifications in 2018-2019, followed by an Award in Employment Law from the Malta Employers' Association in 2019-2020. In 2010-2013, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology with Counselling from Middlesex University. Prior to that, they attended New English School from 2006-2010. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Assessor Training, Assessment Centre/ Development Centre Design, CEB Accredited Trainer, Competency Based Interviewing, Competency Design and Job Analysis, and Level A & B from SHL Talent Measurement from CEB and The British Psychological Society, respectively.
