Ellie Crocker began their career as an Office Manager at ODT Solicitors in 2015. Ellie then moved to Rostrum as a Public Relations Consultant in 2016. In 2017, they joined FieldHouse Associates as an Account Executive and worked their way up to Account Manager, where they led clients such as Black Swan Data and the Duke of York's Pitch@Palace programme. In 2019, they became a Senior Associate (Senior Account Manager) at freuds. In 2020, they joined Talis Capital as the Head of Marketing & Communications, investing on behalf of an interdisciplinary community of entrepreneurs. Finally, in 2022, they became the Communications Director at PortalOne, Inc, the world's first hybrid games platform.

Ellie Crocker's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General, which they obtained from the University of Nottingham between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they attended Central Sussex College between 2010 and 2012, and Warden Park School between 2005 and 2010.
