Alex Tokar has worked in the software development industry for over a decade. Alex began their career in 2001 as a Software Engineer at Central Design Bureau "Izumrud". In 2003, they moved to BOSSdev as a Senior Developer, taking an active part in software development and leading application component development. In 2007, they joined IonIdea as a Project Manager, a role they held for two years. In 2008, they moved to Ostiary as Division Head and also took on the role of CTO at Stella Australis. Finally, in 2011, they became Lead Developer at Portal.

Alex Tokar obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Kherson National Technical University between 1997 and 2002.
