Anand Suresh has a wealth of experience in the software engineering field. Anand began their career in 2001 as the Founder/Owner of Andy's Designs. In 2003, they interned for two months at the Department of Information Technology, Delhi Govt. working on two projects. In 2007, they founded IdeaPort. From 2011-2012, they worked as a Researcher at Carnegie Mellon University, where they published a paper detailing the research and its results. In 2012, they worked as a Software Engineer at RockMelt, Inc. From 2013-2020, they worked as a Software Engineer at Voxer, where they used Node.js, JavaScript, C/C++, Riak, Redis, ElasticSearch, Flume, Postgres, Nagios, Jenkins, SmartOS, Linux, FreeBSD, and LMDB (OpenLDAP). Since 2020, they have been working as a Software Engineer at DFINITY. Most recently, they began working as a Bitcoin Engineer at PORTAL in 2022.

Anand Suresh's education history includes a Senior Secondary degree from Green Fields School from 1986 to 1999, a Bachelors in Information Systems (Hons.) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University from 2000 to 2004, and a Master of Science in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University from 2010 to 2012.
