Kevin Jones has a strong background in sales and marketing. Kevin started their career at Muzak LLC in 2001 as an Account Executive, managing client accounts and designing audio and visual systems. Kevin achieved top sales rankings and became a leader in sales within the state. In 2002, they joined Portable Church Industries as a Sales Service Representative, where they pioneered new processes to increase customer retention and implemented CRM software. Kevin later became a Sales Team Lead, overseeing the sales team and improving client satisfaction through training and coaching. Kevin then advanced to the role of Sales & Customer Service Manager, where they recruited and trained the sales team and established a Customer Service Department. Kevin also developed sales tools and forecasted future sales. In their most recent role as Director of Sales and Marketing, Kevin drove content marketing initiatives, developed social media advertisements, and established partnerships with church planting organizations. Kevin also standardized sales revenue, enhanced customer contact, and generated maximized quarterly revenue. Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated strong leadership, a focus on customer satisfaction, and a drive for continuous improvement.
