Yvette Verhoef is an experienced real estate advisor with a strong background in commercial property management and transactions. Currently serving as a BOG/MOG advisor at Portaal since March 2019, Yvette has previously held key roles including independent advisor for commercial real estate, NVM BOG broker and appraiser at Patist Makelaardij & Taxatiebureau, and senior commercial manager at CBRE, focusing on institutional investors. With a solid foundation in asset management from a.s.r. and extensive experience in the real estate sector since 1998, Yvette also possesses culinary expertise, having worked as a chef and caterer in the hospitality industry. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, and Law from Hogeschool voor Economie en Management and a Register Taxateur BOG certification.
