Geertje Visser is the owner of GEERTJE - Maatschappelijke Marketing & Communicatie, providing support to (semi)governments, companies, and organizations on communication and behavioral challenges since November 2022. Currently freelancing as a Customer Journey Expert & Copywriter at ING Nederland, Geertje focuses on ensuring access to benefits and services for individuals. Additional freelance roles include Senior Advisor for Stress-Sensitive Citizen Communication at the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, and Advisor for Resident Communication and Understandable Language at Portaal. Past experience includes roles as Behavior Expert at the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets and Customer Journey Expert at ING, among others. Geertje holds a Master's degree in Linguistics from the University of Amsterdam and specialized training in Behavior Change and Customer Journey Management.
