Mary Karnitz has a strong background in banking and finance. Mary has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Starting in 1991, they worked at Wells Fargo Business Credit as a Collateral Analyst and later as a Credit Analyst, providing support to the Relationship Managers. In 1998, they moved to Wells Fargo Capital Finance where they worked as a Vice President - Collateral Analyst Manager, leading a team of analysts in Milwaukee and St. Louis. From 2009 to 2012, they held the role of Vice President - Regional Operations Manager at Wells Fargo Capital Finance, overseeing Collateral Analyst departments in multiple locations. Since 2012, Mary has been with Port Washington State Bank as the Vice President / Branch Manager, where they manage a retail branch and has achieved significant growth in deposits and consumer loans. Mary is also actively involved in the Grafton community and serves as a Board member for Ozaukee Family Services.
Mary Karnitz completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from St. Norbert College, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Later on, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1995 to 1996, although the degree and field of study for this period are not specified.
