Ramsy Barker is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background spanning over two decades in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Port Waratah Coal Services since April 2017, Ramsy has previously held positions such as Project HR and Senior HR Advisor at the same company and CPB Contractors respectively, contributing to HR project start-ups. Ramsy’s experience includes HR consulting for Webcon Design & Construction, advisory roles at Arcadis (formerly Hyder Consulting), and recruitment management at SWIFT Recruitment Limited. Earlier career roles at IBM Australia involved progressive responsibilities culminating in HR Business Analyst duties, alongside delivering training programs for short-term unemployed individuals at IPC Employment.
