Scott Ouchi is an experienced safety and risk management professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Safety, Risk, and Emergency Manager at the Port of Vancouver USA since January 2015, Ouchi previously worked with the Washington State Department of Transportation as a Safety and Health Professional from December 2007 to January 2015. Ouchi's earlier roles include Safety Manager at Fred Meyer Clackamas Food Distribution Center and Field Safety Specialist/Safety Program Specialist at Fred Meyer Stores. Ouchi's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Fitness & Sports Management from the University of Nevada - Las Vegas and an Associate of Arts in Environmental Science & Safety from Mt. Hood Community College, supplemented by participation in Leadership Clark County in 2017-2018.
