Systems Support Analyst II at Port of San Diego

Seth Cummings has a diverse work experience in the field of technology support and administration. Seth started their career at Sutherland Global Services as a Helpdesk Technician, where they provided troubleshooting assistance for network, router, and DSL issues. Seth then moved on to Mitchell1, where they worked as a Software Support Technician, handling telephone support for repair software and training new technicians. After that, Seth worked at First Advantage Credco as a Helpdesk Technician, providing software installation support and tutorials for loan origination and credit check processes. Seth then returned to Mitchell1 as a Senior Support Specialist, offering remote access and technical support for various applications and products. Seth later founded Cummings Consulting, where they served as a Technology Specialist, providing tutorials and setup services for Windows, Apple, Android, and Apple devices, as well as Internet and network setup and repairs for residential and small business clients. Currently, Seth is working at the Port of San Diego as a Systems Support Analyst II, specializing in Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure Active Directory, and device management and enrollment.

Seth Cummings obtained a Certificate in Computer Networking from Coleman College in the field of Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from 2000 to 2001. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including the Try Hack Me Complete Beginner Learning Path, Try Hack Me Advent of Cyber 2021, and Try Hack Me Pre Security Learning Path from TryHackMe in 2021 and 2022.
