Program Manager at Port of San Diego

Peter Eichar has a diverse work experience in the field of planning and environmental management. Peter most recently worked as a Program Manager at the Port of San Diego, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Planner at the same company from July 2019 to September 2022.

Before joining the Port of San Diego, Peter was employed by the County of San Diego, where they served as a Planning Manager from January 2016 to June 2019. In this role, they oversaw the implementation of the County's Multiple Species Conservation Program South County Subarea Plan and managed the development of the County's Draft MSCP North County Plan.

In terms of additional certifications, Peter obtained the certification from the American Institute of Certified Planners, which was provided by the American Planning Association in 2004.
