Johan Soema is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT project management and consulting, primarily within the transport and technology sectors. Currently serving as Product Owner of the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence at the Port of Rotterdam since June 2017, Johan is a certified SAFe 5 Program Consultant responsible for implementing the SAFe Framework. In prior roles at the Port of Rotterdam, Johan managed various IT projects focused on digitalization to enhance logistics and customer service. Previously, Johan worked at Accenture for seven years as a Technology Consultant and Junior Consultant specializing in the Health sector, as well as at Rivierduinen, where implementation of the DBC structure was a key responsibility. Johan holds a Master's degree in Business Information Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor's degree in Management, Economie en Recht from The Hague University.
