Erwin Witteman is an experienced program manager currently overseeing the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) at the Port of Rotterdam since January 2021. Previously, Witteman held roles such as Infrastructure Team Lead and Project Manager at the same organization, contributing to the development of the port and managing various projects including public space and real estate initiatives. With a background in project leadership at Hoogheemraadschap van Schieland en de Krimpenerwaard and ownership of DS26 Projectmanagement and Buining & Witteman, Witteman has extensive experience in project management across different sectors. Witteman holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
