Roxana Walls has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. From 2007 to 2015, they were employed at Mt. Hood Community College, where they served as a Grants & Contracts Budget Analyst. In 2015, they joined Lewis and Clark College as a Grant and Funds Administrator until 2016. Roxana then transitioned to the Port of Portland, starting as a Grant & PFC Administrator in October 2016. Roxana later advanced to the role of Grant & PFC Program Manager in January 2020 and is currently employed with the company.

Roxana Walls obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting, from Eastern Oregon University.
