Jake Kirschner is an experienced environmental project manager currently employed at the Port of Everett since June 2016. In this role, Jake oversees the management and development of the Port's Water Quality Program, which includes various NPDES permits and environmental stewardship initiatives such as the "Green Marine" and "Clean Marina" programs. Additionally, Jake has experience as a marina operations representative, coordinating lease agreements and equipment usage. Previously, Jake served as a research intern at NOAA, where responsibilities included analyzing remote imaging data for the population study of Stellar Sea Lions. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from the University of Washington and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Everett Community College, along with a high school diploma from Cascade High School.
