Gina Stark is an experienced professional in economic development and public policy, currently serving as an Economic Development Specialist at the Port of Bellingham since June 2018, and as a Project Manager, Grant Writer, and Financial Empowerment consultant at Stark Consulting since September 2017. Previously, Gina held the position of Director of External Affairs and Project Development at the Department of Commerce from January 2017 to January 2018, focusing on projects aimed at enhancing financial empowerment for Washington State residents. Gina also worked as the Director of External Affairs at the Washington State Treasurer's Office from January 2010 to January 2017, where responsibilities included community relations and financial education initiatives. Gina holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Western Washington University.
