Chris Yardley serves as the independent Chair for the Audit and Risk Committee at Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Kuia Trust since May 2023 and holds the position of Finance Manager at Port Nelson Limited from February 2021 to the present. Previous roles include Group Financial Controller at Moutere Management Limited, CFO Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Financial and Management Control at Banco Santander, among others. Chris has extensive experience in finance and accounting, demonstrated by positions at prestigious institutions such as Royal Bank of Scotland Business and Goldman Sachs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Canterbury, an International Applied Finance degree from Victoria University of Wellington, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Canterbury.
